So today was week 2 day 3 of my C25K training. From the moment I put my sneakers on my shin splints were hurting. I went to the gym anyway and got through my 5 minute warmup and then about 10 minutes of running/walking intervals. After that I was halfway done and my shins were killing me. I took 5 minutes to cool down and called it a day. I'm still proud of myself that I did 20 minutes and tomorrow is another day to try again. I think the humidity is getting to my muscles, but something is better than nothing.
