Back in the Groove

I went on a 4 day vacation with my husband and it was so nice to just get away even tho we never left the State it still did us a world of good!
I didn't work out at all while gone but we did a fair amount of walking.
Diet wise what we ate was often light and healthy the down side was the beers we had with the meals! Hahaha!
But I guess we didn't do to bad because I didn't gain any weight!
I am back on track with both my eating and exercising and feel good for not letting that brief interruption throw me way off course!
I am hoping by this time next week to see some changes like a weight loss or a change in measurements.
This week I am just glad all is the same and not gone up!!
