Hubby had retired & decided to do all the cooking. Since I'm in school, this seemed like a good plan. Well the good plan is really working out! He plans the meals, does the shopping & is cooking all low fat, low cholestrol meals, & measures all portions before putting food on the plates.
He has really gotten into healthy eating. This is so much easier with both of us on the same meal plan. He has lost 40 lbs! emoticon
