I didn't have any this morning. After hitting it hard for the last three days I am just physically pooped. Today was a run day and I just couldn't bring myself to it. Ugh! then I read the Best of Sparkpeople. They had an article this morning on motivating yourself when no one else will. I think that is all I needed. I am ready to get my exercise in. Too bad i wasted the time by twittling away my morning. I guess I will have to find a way to get in my run this afternoon, which rarely happens because life just gets too busy, but we shall see. They say where there is a will, there is a way. If the run doesn't happen, I can concentrate on getting in 15,000 steps instead. My average steps per day are about 11,500. Adding in a walk to hubby's office will do me a world of good today!
