cherries and walnuts

I had thought juicing would get boring, but two things happened.
My tongue and palate have become more sensitive to the juice. I taste the little differences made by lemon, apple, and now I am adding cherries and walnuts to my late day meals for better sleep cycle regulation. Cherries and wanuts have melatonin.
I read that on Thrive forward and and curious to see if this will help me on my 7-8 hours of sleep 5x/wk goal.
The second thing that happened is I keep finding articles on Thrive that expand my food choices. The other day, there was a picture of a mint berry concoction that made me drool. I have mint in the garden!
And I am going to experiment with some chai flavored formulations.
Our local chinese american market has some YAM beverages and I will get to those one of these weeks.
SO far so good. My sister is coming for a three day visit and is excited to have a juicing spa. I may have to take her to the beach too!
