I made a little progress this week after starting the new SP Solutions Book. I've made it a priority to be a little more active each day and I've done that. My water drinking has picked up. I've been journaling how I'm doing each day. The only thing I need more work on is my meal planning. I'm still in somewhat of a rut. I'm making a promise to myself right now to get better.
