Yesterday was okay, not horrible, but I did not stick to my goals 100%. My calories were within range, but I did splurge and eat cupcakes at lunch because someone brought them for one of the teacher's birthday and they looked really good.
I also did work out yesterday, but I was a little disappointed in myself because I kept having to stop because of weird pains. I usually don't have these problems. But on Monday when I was running, I kept having sharp pains in my foot, so I would have to slow down until it improved enough that I could try to run again. Yesterday I didn't even dare to run and just did a brisk walk instead, however then doing jumpingjacks, and high knees for a warm up, it happened again... Then doing mountain climbers after some oakleaf crunches, my hip kept popping... I felt like I was falling apart. I am not used to feeling that way.
