Upper body overkill

Yeah another rough upper body workout today....I really feel that with practice I will get better at these types of workouts, but I struggle. How many pushups can one person really do??

8.1 mile spin

SWEAT
bench press with windshield wipers
TRX tricep pushups
battle ropes to bodybuilder...my fav!
chin ups
med ball toss
shoulder press with KB
decline pushups
reaper rainbows...fantastic oxymoron
tricep dips on equalizer

Then because my partner is not able to attend class tonight we did tonight's workout with a slight modification....no pushups because really we did plenty.

200 meter sprint
100 psuhups (which we did not attempt)
150 situps
200 squats
2 rounds...yeah I was pretty shocked those sit ups took a long time...and we were hauling...and we did not do the pushups. I will be curious to see how people do tonight:)

719.9 miles for the year!
Looking forward to getting the pups out tonight:)

    Great job! I did a modified cross fit workout today. It was Tabata's !!!

Never done kettle bells before or that crossfit stuff before… Kind of interesting!
