Oh... My God...

I cannot beleive how sore I am this morning. my shins arre calling me every name in the book! I definitely need to stretch them out before I workout or go walking today. I hurt a lot. very very stiff this morning. I rolled over in bed about an hour ago, and just started groaning because it was so bad. and now I"m getting a precursor migraine headache. so not fun. I need to go to my mom's and get laundry done today too. Don't think I'll be walking those 6 niles today LOL I think that's what aggravated the shins.

    No fun!! Leg pain is the WORST IMO because you really can't do anything that doesn't make you want to cry about it lol

  Water, water, water - potassium, potassium, potassium. If I placed my bets on the description above - I would say you didn't stretch, haven't recovered your muscles, and/or aren't drinking enough water. If I were to guess it's all of the above.

Remember 8 cups of water is a crock - if you are active, overweight, or in a high climate, it's not enough.

    LOL! Those shins are just not used to actually doing some work. The lazy things! Maybe force them on a short walk or something to get them to understand you MEAN BUSINESS! Great that you got such a nice workout in! emoticon emoticon
