Rest. It's part of the program!

So today is my rest day. I know I said Friday, but I am resting a day earlier, due to my long run yesterday. Sleep is gooood... I should do it more often :)
So I started the day with 6 kiwis. Normally I eat more, but I only had 6 left :( Later on I will eat celery sticks again, with an orange & pineapple dip. Yumyum!
And for dinner I will have banana milk (just blended bananas) with quinoa. I am already soaking my quinoa so it will be deliciously fluffy, can't wait :D
The weather is bleh again. We didn't even have Spring so far and this time next month it will be officially Summer :( I had the entire month off but haven't been able to enjoy the weather yet. On the other hand, though, this is PERFECT running weather!
I am running 7km tomorrow, 10km the day after and 7km again on Sunday.
