Week 2 Target = Dont give up during week 2.
Result = Completed.
I wobbled a little bit on Wednesday but my wife kept me on track. Other than that it was a good week and i'm now more determined than ever to succeed. The reason this blog is slightly later than I would like this week is that my wife is in hospital waiting to give birth to our third child. I can't wait to get them both home and finally complete the family.
Motivation = High
Nutrition = Excellent
Fitness = Good
Weight = 3lb Loss (7lb total loss)
Week 3 Target = Keep the momentum going.
