Yes I have it, and its not pleasant having your legs cramp up when your in bed, or jerk by themselves if you sit too long. I read that too much excercise will agravate the condition, and am trying to find a balance there. Iron intake is supposed to help also, but need my levels checked. Have increased Iron rich foods, sardines etc. Anyways keeping up with my routine, and hopefully things will calm down.
