So I actually LIKE doing my Ripped in 30 workout. Granted I am still on Week 1 after about a month. But latley Iv chosen Jillian over C25K. Why? Jogging is predictable, its boring, and I cant push it til I sweat like a dog (not literally obviously!) like I can with RI30. I feel like Iv accomplished more. And thats where its at for me. At least today. When Im on vaca next week I plan to jog because its there. And of course swim too. We went to Black Angus tonight to celebrate end of the year for our daughter, but it was a major bust. Dont even have time to go into it. Just lame. And waaay too many calories, eek, prime rib is not my friend. But DD is happy. She got a Kindle Fire HD emoticon for her 6th grade promotion.

    Good job on your tough workouts! Keep it up. I think running takes time to start to enjoy...maybe distance or intervals...or hills would make it less predictable. It took me a while to start to enjoy it! Congrats to your daughter and keep up the great work! emoticon

    Well, this time of year can bust anyone's good eating habits. Memorial Day, July 4th, birthdays, BBQ's right? Just excuse yourself for slipping and get back up the horse!
