Hi I went walking tonight

had some pizza for dinner, I usually have fruits and vegetables at every meal just about so it wasn't a total loss for dinner. A little later I will have some vegetables and fruit so I can catch up.
I walked from 715-830pm and picked up the mail afterwards, it was breezy and warm tonight which was nice enough. I wasn't struggling tonight but I think I was a little tired. I may walk for 45 minutes in the morning because I have the feeling I am not going to want to walk tomorrow evening since I'm running a few errands in the daytime.
I've walked Sunday, Tuesday and today so that is 3 out of 4 days. If I make it through tomorrow, Friday and Saturday that will be 6 of 7 days. I'm going to give it my best effort but if I get 5 out of 7 days I'll be happier than 4 of 7.
I gave myself permission to eat a little funky today but no ice cream treat. I don't have an urge to have any either though. I haven't had any ice cream for a spell but it was chocolate ganache and it called to me. I usually prefer salty things like Cheez-its or Doritos.
Next week sometime I am going to do my hair because it looks ragged lol. Personal appearance is important right? I'm a bit wound right now so I'm cutting this entry short and I'll continue tomorrow with my longer entries since I have to hit the shower soon.
