With this in mind
My scale is this week being kind to me. It is moving in the right direction again.
down 2 pounds.
I am learning this that forgiveness is TRULY FREEING FOR YOUR MIND AND BODY. To forgive those who have done wrong to me and forgiveness of myself for not taking good care of my body.
I reached my goal of exercising today. I got a good walk in before it rained.
My goal tommorrow is to walk to the store tommorrow half an hour there a half an hour back. I want to buy some strawberries, bananas and some greek yogurt. I wrote earlier tonight that I was waiting for my pay check. I remembered I had some money so I am going to go ahead and buy fresh fruit which is what I am longing for.
I have decided to when I write focus on one or two good things about my day. I know this is a weightloss site. I wrote my goals at the beginning of the week but I have had to modify some of them do to different circumstances. SO that is why I chose to change how I now will write. I will chose one or two things that I accomplished instead of feeling bad for listing all the things I am going to do but dont!
