MMA Boxing

Is a sweat fest. emoticon Whoa! 35 minutes of boxing combos, lower body drills, and jump rope. Followed by 10 minutes of core and hip flexor work. That included bicycles, froggy style sit ups, and reverse sit ups. I'd forgotton how much fun it was because Cathe has some guys as her back up exercisers. They are so much fun to watch. emoticon They don't even break a sweat but they do show how a real guy would do the form. I enjoy that. emoticon

I was down half a pound. emoticon nI sure hope it wasn't just water weight. I need to shift into real fat burning mode. I started taking my fish oil again this week. Tomorrow I will layer in cardio before breakfast again. I haven't been doing that much. But, cardio after a snack eats into my day too much. I might just have half a yogurt, instead of a whole one or just one egg.
