I totally didn't want to go for my walk tonight, it was cold and rainy. But I promised myself I'd do 10 minutes of exercise a day, so I grumbled and put on my raincoat and set out to go around the block.
Once I was outside, I decided to just embrace the weather and do a meditative walk, and it was actually awesome in the rain. I simply listened to the rain and watched the drops hitting the sidewalk and I listened to the storm drains gurgle. I was really enjoying it!
So I ended up walking for 30 minutes. Yey me!
