I've been training for an upcoming 5k. Today was cardio so we did interval training at the track & 10 flights of stairs.

I ate within my nutritional ranges. Slowly but surely I'll get there!

I'm going to go to bed early. Hopefully I can get in 7 hours of sleep before the alarm goes off!
