Another pound out of my life! The additional exercise seems to be doing the trick, along with keeping track of my nutrition. I always knew that of course, and practiced it from time to time.
Before, my goal was mainly to lose weight, and eventually the will to keep up the same level of activity disappeared. That, I think, was as much the problem as anything. Movement-being actively moving every day besides the day-to-day movement involved in doing household and work tasks is good for me in lots of ways, not just for weight loss.
