Am I back on track?
Well, I didn't do so hot with those action items. BF & I split the rest of pie and ice cream. At least it's gone, right?
I did boot camp class but skipped my after work run.
Today I did zumba but skipped flaunt.
Le sigh.. I'm still half-assing it. Get your head back in the game!
MOTIVATION: I just ordered two bikinis and a pair of booty shorts from VS today. Booty shorts are for pole class, not for regular wardrobe rotation
Bikinis are for the hypothetical outer banks trip we'll make sometime this summer.
The dance studio is hosting a 3-day juice cleanse led by nutritionist and I'm thinking about trying it. Three days is long enough to wean yourself off of caffeine, gluten, dairy, etc. but not long enough to cause damage from only eating fruits, veggies, and nuts in various forms. It's first weekend in June, we'll see!
Anywho... tonight I made this www.endofthreefitness.co
and it was gooooood. I made one pizza with fresh mozz, proscuitto, and sundried tomatoes and another with barbeque sauce, cheddar, and some leftover pork loin. Didn't weigh any ingredients or my portions, so I gotta wing tracking it :(
Welp, I have to wake up at 4:30 so I'm off to bed!
