My DD's and I did a 45 minute walk around the neighborhood. I am beginning to really enjoy these walks. I like to look at the neighbor's yards and get ideas on what I can do. Also, if there are any neighbors out I see them and can get to know them. This is also good cardio because we do some hills. I wanted to do 60 minutes, but I was a little worn out and my son called to pick him up. Tomorrow I will do some strength training at the gym. I need to do some weights at home.
