I'm into the 3rd week, and I'm pleased that I have done exercise each day with only 1 rest day a week. I do feel better, but it is struggle to stay on course. It is helpful to see others in this website making progress. I am determined to stop the gain that has happened this year. Every week that I'm making progress, it means I'm not adding to the problem, but facing it.
