emoticon This friend motivated you to lose weight. She was there for you when you needed her. It is understandable that you would lose motivation with her loss.

You will have to pick yourself up and motivate yourself now, and it seems too much. I can't tell you what you should do, but taking a bit of time to realize that you are important, wonderful, and DESERVE to be healthy is a good start.

Sorry about your friends death and I know that can take a toll on EVERYTHING.,. I lost my very best friend 4yrs ago and still deal with the hardness of things..
She was my only friend who we can talk about everything and anything..
Getting married again was the hardest thing because I knew she would have loved my new hubby and I wanted her as my maid of honor.. but she will be mentioned and have a special spot in the reception.
Day by day my friend! It is all it takes

That was very good advice from Lois. Be kind to yourself and just do the best you can for now. Hugs and Best Wishes to you!

So very sorry for the death of your loved one. This is a very difficult time for you and understandable that you can't get your mind on tracking goals for now.
Why don't you give yourself a specific numbers of rest days like 3 to 5 (whatever you feel best), then have that day set aside to return to your goals.
Let me hear from you shortly. I care and I am praying for you.
Lois
