Leg day

Not bad today....thought it was going to be worse:)

16.5 miles

SWEAT
TRX jump squats
back squats #90
jumping split squats
bunny hops with hurdles...hate these:) I cannot do them quickly.
single leg squats with KB
single leg pulsing lunges
walking lunges #15 DB
push press single leg sandbell jumps...yeah they were fun:)
oh and I cannot forget the sled back peddle....with about 45 extra pounds on it. Yeah, I cheated and pulled it....oh well otherwise it would not budge.

Tomorrow will be another good one:)
710.3 miles for the year!
