First 30 day challenge for me ...

Tomorrow! I can't wait..not exactly sure what to track. I will obviously track my scale gives me muscle percentage and total body fat..I honestly am too hot and sticky to consider getting out the measuring tape. I will honestly be so damn proud of myself if I do this this every day for 30 whole days! I know I can do it!!!

    Thanks Robin! Lady , any program where you see change is one to stick with..until you are bored. I have a starter program that I found..for example, the first day is 25 jumping jumping jacks and then 15 squats...and thats it...if you are interested I could email it to you for when you get bored! thanks for commenting on my blog!

I've been trying to do a 30-Day Ab Challenge, and am seriously considering going back to the SP work-out videos for the 28-Day Bootcamp Challenge. I saw more change with them, and less pain than anything else I've tried.
