Like the eagles we have to move our wings to soar like an eagle.---Eleanor Roosevelt

Venture forth into new horizons, even to places those around you do not have the courage to go.-----George Burns

Had quite a day. Only light workouts today I suppose. Did Day 5 of 30 Day shred only made it 10 minutes which bummed me out. So next I cleaned the house as fast as I could for more exercise. My shoulders won't let me do some of the exercise full force at the moment, but will soon. Me and my 2 year old Elizabeth went to adult bible study this morning, which was nice. Although I wish it wasn't raining, no vehicle so we were walking. Thankfully it's only about 1/10th of a mile away. Son's soccer pictures got cancelled tonight due to severe thunderstorms in the area. Oh and realized I am just over 1/2 way to goal weight of 130....only 40 pounds to go and I'm down 42 pounds so happy. Can't believe it will be 8 months with spark tomorrow. I've made so many friends on here, and seen and read so many inspirational stories. So proud of everyone and of myself. My self esteem is a lot higher than it used to be, everyone seems to be noticing around here. Although I a still sad about my belly, it's not shrinking at least visibly to me. But husband says when he hugs me he can tell a difference. But I've heard hula hooping as well as standard ab exercises can help with that. I'm actually going to make my own hula hoop, found directions online and it is rather easy. So it will weigh what I want it to and be the size I want it too without the pricy cost. Can't wait to get started. Loving the 5% Beautiful Butterflies Challenge as well. Lots of wonderful people in that group as well. And I've already lost 3.8 pounds in 1.5 weeks with it so far. I plan on keeping going with the 30 Day Shred even if I can't make it through a whole workout yet, and walking as much as possible. Struggling this week to hit even close to 10,000 steps. So need to bump it up quite a bit. I dare everyone to soar to their potential, and become what they are destined to be. We are more than our weight. We are strong, motivated, determined individuals who are amazing just the way we are.
