Feeling good that I resisted the McD's French fries temptation.
Meal 1: Pear
Snack 1: carrots and hummus
meal 2: (late!) turkey sandwich on wheat with cheese, lettuce, tomato & mustard plus side salad
Snack 2: cup of tea because meal 2 was so late
Got to the gym this morning For 40 minutes on the elliptical. Yay!
