I was SO successful at doing daily tasks.. until I reached a tipping point and it just felt like too much. Then I stopped doing ANY of them! So I am recommitting - and only to 3 things:
1. Check into Sparkcoach daily
2. 20 minutes of exercise daily
3. 8 glasses of water daily
That's all. Those three things. Every day. I can do it!
