You know, sometimes I get so frustrated with the whole weight loss thing. It seems that for every step forward, I end up taking two steps back (as the saying goes). Every time I get within ounces of that ten pound mark, I goes back up two or three pounds. I do everything I am supposed to. I eat right and exercise every day. I try to keep a positive attitude and encourage others. I change up the routine and still nothing works. I want to say the heck with it and just stop trying, but I don't. I will just keep plodding along in the hopes that eventually something will click.
