The Terrific two's

Wednesday, May 22, 2013

Oh! how I love those TERRIFIC TWO' s!!
Thanks???????????to my dental work, mouth pain and subsequent dealing with what may be newly developed TMJ, I lost 4.2 pounds this past week. So I'm into a new set of numbers. emoticon emoticon I was here months ago, but then I slipped back a few pounds, and now I'm back to stay, one day at a time. emoticon
Only on Spark can I share that I'm thrilled with my new weight...299.9 emoticon I feel healthy and skinny! Anywhere else other than here among my Spark friends, I'd have to hear the "O" word, you know, OBESE, the only politically correct discrimination word still acceptable! Thanks be to God for His mercy and patience with me, I can keep going forward, down the scale and on to better health! And thanks to my spark friends, who are always there with an encouraging word of support!
The sky is filled with rain clouds today, emoticon but for me, the emoticon is shining.

It's true that discrimination is still acceptable against overweight and obese people which is completely unfair because there are a lot of reasons why people can have weight issues and even if someone is overweight due to food issues...well that's an eating disorder and it's not fair that someone should get treated badly because they have something to work on. Everyone has something to work on no matter what size they are!

Enjoy the twos and keep working hard. You CAN do it!! :)
