The Terrific two's

Wednesday, May 22, 2013

Oh! how I love those TERRIFIC TWO' s!!
Thanks???????????to my dental work, mouth pain and subsequent dealing with what may be newly developed TMJ, I lost 4.2 pounds this past week. So I'm into a new set of numbers. emoticon emoticon I was here months ago, but then I slipped back a few pounds, and now I'm back to stay, one day at a time. emoticon
Only on Spark can I share that I'm thrilled with my new weight...299.9 emoticon I feel healthy and skinny! Anywhere else other than here among my Spark friends, I'd have to hear the "O" word, you know, OBESE, the only politically correct discrimination word still acceptable! Thanks be to God for His mercy and patience with me, I can keep going forward, down the scale and on to better health! And thanks to my spark friends, who are always there with an encouraging word of support!
The sky is filled with rain clouds today, emoticon but for me, the emoticon is shining.

There is fat discrimination, true, but you are actually doing something about it, and you are being SUCCESSFUL!!! Even if it were socially acceptable to be fat, would you still want it? I doubt it. Losing weight is hard work, work that you are actually doing, and doing GREAT!!! I don't usually tell people what they SHOULD do, but I will now: You SHOULD be busting with pride!!

Yes Obesity is the last politically correct discrimination. It is okay to say the rudest things to people if they are obese. It is fine to tell them they need a diet, like the person saying that thinks I don't already know that. It is quite fine with drivers if you are made to stand in spite of being older and having a cane if you are obese. It is okay not to allow an obese person to sit down even if you have the only seat left. It is okay to laugh at, tease, critisize, torment, and shun people because of their body size. But God in the heavens help you if try some of that on a black person or a minority. As long as they aren't obese, then anything goes, even from their own people.
I think its emoticon that you have lost some more weight, even though its miserable the way you had to lose it. You've caught the SP attitude and I wish you great good luck with your progressing!
