It has been a fractured last couple of days, mostly spent sitting in meetings all day and trying to shake off the lethargy that comes with that particular activity. After 1-9 hour meeting with minimal movement, I had a terrible case of numb bum and foggy brain and couldn't wait to get to the Y to try to get some blood back into my brain.
I ended up having a pretty good strength-training session and walked several laps (enough to more than meet my 5000 step daily goal), but was not my usual energy-charged self after the work-out. I ended up heading homeand crashing in my recliner with a frozen fruit bar and a cup of chamomile tea. I woke up to the cat lapping at the teacup and flecks of cold tea on my face. Lol!
