Day 507- Graduating high school

Wednesday, May 22, 2013

My graduation is this Friday. I can't believe how fast time flies. It hasn't really hit me yet that high school is over. My last day of school was this past Monday. A large group of seniors got to go to an amusement park yesterday with the school, myself included. It was a blast. A lot of walking though, which is a good thing.

I really need to get back on track. I've stopped tracking my food and have rarely been exercising. It's practically summer and I still need to lose 13 lbs to reach my goal weight. I need to get out of this rut and back into being healthy.

Congrats!!! Don't stress over being perfect while you're trying to enjoy this time; you have all summer and then BAM when you start college, you have this AMAZING opportunity to be someone completely new!! You do NOT have to be the same person you were in high school! This is definitely your time to be the healthy, fit, and active girl! I know I struggled with that a little bit my first part of college, but once I got the hang of it? MAN! It was awesome!

Enjoy this time and have fun!!

Congratulations on graduating. Be extra careful in college. It is easy to look to food when you are worried about exams!

Congratulations on all you accomplished and good luck in college. Daphne Oz wrote a book about weight loss for college students which may be a resource for you during freshman year. Your prom pictures are beautiful. Don't focus on the negative aspects of weight loss and enjoy this special time in your life! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
