4 weeks ago I weighed in at 245. I was staring at the scales nearing 300 pounds. That's when I decided it was time to take charge of my body, my eating habits, and my workout regime. I do 28 minutes a day on the wii and consume about 1000 calories a day. I've decided to adpopt the low gi diet lifestyle. I will occassionally cheat and have real food instead of cereal or oatmeal for dinner and still loose weight! Today I ate half a beef and cheddar and I still lost weight! I'm so happy! I'm ecstatic. I now firmly believe that an active lifestyle jump-starts your metabolism.
