Hola muchachos. Que pasa?
All systems go around these parts. Getting ready for a trip out west (Colorado Springs) and super-stoked for some summer weather, finally!
Have been sticking to my less-is-more running plan. Mostly due to being called to sub classes at the Y than any real restraint on my part, but whatever sets the plan in motion...the regular pilates classes are working wonders for my mechanics. Woo.
Went for a short walk last night, have tendonitis in my left ankle today. Y U NO WORK, ANKLE? Made for a challenging pilates leg sequence today, with my foot pulling in the opposite direction from the motion. Yeowza.
ANYWAY. Signed up for the Columbus 10K on June 9 and feel like I'm making my comeback...a long, slow slog...but forward movement all the same. Now I'm looking for a late summer/early fall half to run (that won't set me back $100, that is).
