So today is day 4 of my Firm workout challenge, which is 2 weeks. It is also the day I picked to juice all day since I am off work. All is going great, my energy is through the roof! For breakfast I had am orange drink and lunch I am having a green drink. The recipes for juices I am getting from rebootwithjoe.com which is the guy who made the documentary Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. I am interested to know if anyone else is doing any fitness or nutrition challenges? I have self created the ones I am doing so even you did too let me know. Not everything in life has to be "organized."
I am also happy to report that it has been just about 3 months since I gave up soda and coffee! Happy Wednesday to everyone, now it's time to go plant my garden. :-)
