these are my ten things that my future self would be saying about reaching my goal

1.i am so glad i stuck with my running and weight lifting? when i started weight lifting, it really helped my running to be better. and that in return, helped me to eat right. that is just what sparking is about

2. i feel so positive and self empowering. like i can do anything

3. i am so glad that spark guy made this incredible weight loss web sit-spark people

4. my numbers at the dr are finally good. my cholesteral is down, i am off my blood pressure meds too

5. i have so much energy all day long

6. i love to go shopping. i even go to resale stores cause so many clothes fit me and look good on me

7. i love inspiring other people and helping them reach there goals

8. losing weight finally gave me the confidence to do so many other things, like getting that motorcycle and ziplining

9. i finally look good in a bathing suit

10. i love dressing up and going to church and dressing up to go out to eat. i used to wear jeans and t shirts all the time. no more!!!
