Wow. I've been so busy lately. It's about time that I sit and write a little blog.
In the past month I moved to a new city, switched gyms, committed to a half marathon in February 2014, and had my first Body Pump experience. I also bought a great little device called Body Media (as seen on the Biggest Loser) and I absolutely love it! In fact I love all of these things and the people in my life.
My weight loss is finally starting to pick back up again after a few months of plateau (mostly due to being inconsistent). I set a new SparkPeople goal to be at my final goal weight by the half marathon in February. It's a challenging goal, but it's absolutely doable with a lot of hard work, dedication, and belief in myself.
For memorial day weekend, I'm seeing a lot of family friends that haven't seen me since a lot of my weight loss/inches lost occurred. I'm looking forward to seeing them (in my new dress) and feeling that sense of accomplishment...in fact, I already feel that.
I'm SO close to ONE-derland...I'll make sure to blog again when I reach it. Only 5 more pounds to go!
