I weighed myself this morning and anoth 2 lbs gone, so far that's 9 lbs lost since Sunday. I have changed the juicing up now. I juice for breakfast, eat a healthy lunch thank to Sparkpeople recipes, and for supper a green smoothie. I know in a way it seems like a I gave up, but I'm not really. I was weak, dizzy, shaky, sick to my stomach. I told myself this isn't healthy. So I just changed it up a bit. I made the Chicken enchilada casserole for supper last night. It was really good, but really sipcy. I know not to use the kind of pre-cooked chicken I bought again. I didn't have chicken breasts and the grocery store I went to didn't sell them, which is dumb. I am trying to stay away from carbs, even though I love me some pasta. It will seem hard at first, but I will succeed in this. Baby steps, is all it will take.
