    You are doing very well. That is good that you are moving past the slip and on to greater and better things. Some foods have a lot of salt in them which will make us retain water gain. So, i would not be surprised when you get back on the right track with the right kinds of foods you will see that 3 lbs. off very soon. Keep the Vblogs coming. It really does help me to see and hear you. I am doing water aerobics on my own by some books that I ordered from a company that teaches it. I pay to be able to go one hour a day and use the college pool here. In our small town that is the ONLY inside pool that is here. The first of June the Public pool will open and then closed down at the end of July. Only two months. Then I will have to go back to the college pool. I weighed 309 lbs. and now I weight 215 lbs. Sounds a lot better. (LOL) It has taken about 2 years for me to do this and keep it off. I have had my ups and downs, but I am hanging in there. You can hang in there too. Love and hugs, Judy

  Good for you Bre for staying on track even though you slipped a bit over the weekend. That's the name of the game, we are imperfect, and get distracted by life, weekends, friends, special events etc. Taking care of yourself is for life, not just a week, month or year. Even after you have reached your ideal goal, you will still have to maintain all that great stuff you had achieved. I have just became a new member of spark peoples today, and watching your video blog has motivated me to get "outside" and walk to the thrift shop to buy a bathing suit, and hit the pool. You see I used to swim all the time, but somehow I had lost the motivation, So no more excuses... I can do this... and so can you. Keep up the great work. I look forward to your next video. Kkmmyy
