30 Day Challenge Results

I just completed a very unofficial 30 day challenge that was an interim to our 5% challenge. In this challenge participants set and tracked there own personal goals. My goals were not quite as challenging as some people's goals but I am proud to say I met all of them. My results were as follows for 30 day totals:

Fitbit steps: Goal 360,000 steps: actual 367.573
Fitbit stairs: Goal 210 flights: actual 213 flights
Squats: Goal 1000: actual 1030
Standing Bicycle Crunches: Goal 1000: actual 1030
Wall pushups: Goal 300: actual 380
