some people say you should weigh every day, others say once a week most. But we all know we get on that scale frequently.
So after being stuck at 216.5 for a few days - particulary after a hard work weekend where my calories were low - figured I'd just put my body in starvation mode. Figured a little variation in my intake numbers were good over all, let my body know there was food, and get out of a rut. Unfortunately, a little more food lead to a craving for MORE MORE MORE!! Still kept myself in the negative numbers (eating less than I was using) and this only went on for TWO days. This morning up to 219!
Know its just bloat cause no way I ate 9000 calories!! But there's no way this doesn't seem like a giant step BACK!
