Yesterday was a super long day. I didn't meet any of my goals. I didn't choose food well. I didn't exercise other than getting in over 3600 steps.
"You get whatever you settle for."~ Unknown. Yesterday I guess I settled for letting life get in the way. Today I'm off to a slow start and have a ton to do. My leg hurts for some reason and I'm tired from driving what seems like nonstop for the last several days. It really hasn't been, I just haven't had to take marathon work trips in awhile. I can't really complain because I need the paycheck. I just feel run down today for some reason. I should be able to handle the business of life but after living at a much slower pace recently, I guess I need to rebuild my stamina.
Goals for today:
96oz of water at least
Earn at least 25 points on workshop task list
Complete at least 2 reports
Track today even if best choices aren't made
Read for at least 20 minutes
