Today is about goal weight and achieving that weight. I am doing this is smaller chucks so my present goal weight or goal is to lose 17 pound my Labour Day. The reason for this is that I am a Morris Dancer, being heavy is hard on my knees, losing weight will not reduce the damage I have all ready done but it will help, and will mean that is 17 pounds less to be jumping into the air with. You can see Morris dancing on You Tube, if you donít know what I am taking about, it is English folk dancing. I see that I have to have my bells and pants refitted and I am not as tired after two full days of dancing. YEAH. This is good. Today I worked towards to goal by walking 6 k to work. And tonight I may try rock climbing with my daughter. Life is good!!
This is my larger goal, to be fit so I can spend time with my grandson, running and playing. To Morris Dance until I am 80.
