Okay.. back from wandering in the wilderness.. what was I thinking?? Well school for me is done, and my kids school is coming to a close, but I got on the scale yesterday and wowzer it had a big number on there I'm not used to seeing. Perhaps I needed that to get back into the game! Well it worked I'm here.
I hadn't realized until I started tracking a few days ago, just how far I'd falled from eating all of my fruits and veggies that I was eating.
*to work out some each and every day.. even if I only get in 10 minutes during my lunch break.
*more fruits and veggies... As I eat more of these.. I get to have more food in my day plus they help get rid of the fat or at least it feels that way (-:
