I am so determined to lose this weight! I've been following an eating plan and exercising for nearly four weeks but I've only lost 2 lbs. I have to admit it's knocking me.

I am going to stick with this and I am going to do it. Just feeling a bit tearful. It's no fun when you're putting in a lot of effort and not seeing any results. It seems to be a theme right now in my whole life.

Gotta have faith!

    I know that bodies change at different rates. My body is one that changes slowly at the beginning but then picks up speed. My first month on Spark I lost 2 lbs. The second month I lost 0 lbs!! Since month four, I have been losing 2 lb/week. I haven't increased my exercise or made any significant changes in my nutrition. It just takes my body longer to adjust. Once it does, though watch out!

    Our bodies are so amazing and complex! I hope you continue to treat yours well!
