Today is a new day. A new day to start fresh and continue on a healthy journey. I want t do my best and workout and lose weight. I wish that this weight would just fall off. However I know its a progress. I am trying to make changes to lose 30 lbs in 90 days. I am making sure that I eat right, wear my fitbit (goal is to earn 10, 000 steps daily. Get my sleep. and STAY positive!!!!
