Mobile app problems

I never noticed any problems with my mobile app (android) until last night. I added my food in and I noticed the calories didn't change so I looked on my phone - nothing showed up. So I went online on my computer. Yes they were there in all their glory and the counts were correct. So I got my phone and looked again - nope still not there. So guess what? The same thing has happened tonight. I never really paid that close of attention to it because it's been right so far. Now I'm starting to wonder because nothing on my snack #2 is showing up on the mobile app. So this is why I'm not losing weight - I'm going by incorrect information! Ugh!!!!!
So if you're using both the mobile app and computer website, you might want to double check your info. I know I'm going to be paying much more attention now!

    Truthfully I'm not impressed with the app. It's too hard to use, and time consuming. emoticon

    I never have had much luck with those mobile apps. My kids tell me that my phone is only as smart as the user........ emoticon

    I have had that happen before, but then it seems to correct itself. I wonder why it does that!

    I have the app on my Droid, but I prefer using the computer. The app is not that user friendly and takes so much longer to enter everything. Thanks for sharing this info.
