I have to eat smaller meals as I deal with digestion issues and reflux sometimes. So I learned to avoid white rice, potatoes, breads and other foods that make me feel nauseated and so full.
I also work overnights so I'm a vampire so my day works in reverse. I have dinner round 530pm, a snack around 10pm, lunch round 130am and breakfast round 5am. I eat smaller meals so I can fit in 1 or 2 snacks in my meal period. I also sleep from about 9am-330pm so its a challenge to feel regular some days but I get out and exercise almost every day unless I am taking a day off for recovery. So all these things effect how many times I have a snack in a day~
I went out walking from 730-850pm and scared my mother cause she read the paper and there was a homicide about a half mile away, okay. The world can be a little scary but I'm quite alert and at the ready for whatever situation occurs. I guess I'll go out between 7-830pm from now on just so I don't get the parents nervous or something like it. I'm usually back in the neighborhood by 815 but I seemed to run behind tonight. I wanted to do enough warm up since sometimes my neck and back can sing to me and I wanted to avoid that. I would go walking earlier but a lot of the time its too warm still and I'm already sweating to death after walking when the sun is going down so its a balance for certain. I'll make sure I eat by 530 so I can have that hour digestion and go out walking by 7-710 so I can get done by 830-840pm and not freak my mother out lol.
I've been writing quite a lot and I enjoy writing. Mostly for myself I would have to say. However, I am working on making a piece for a friend's erotica blog. I suggested I would write a series of scenes from the same two characters and put them in different scenarios each time. I'm also working on a story between a city girl and a country boy. She's from New York, no children and he's from Paradise (somewhere in the South) with twin girls and his wife died. The female character was involved with a fella who was very bad for her. I need to flesh out a little more of the story since they need more than that for the story to be remotely interesting for readers to care.
I need to get a Proper Pedometer so I can see how well I am doing with my walking. I was thinking of adding a weighted vest as well. Somewhere round 4-8 pounds in scope. Maybe I'll get that sometime round my birthday but that's in July. I want some shorts with good pockets as well because unless its shorts I get plenty overheated I do believe. I have a few lighter pants but I seem to get a little warm with them on but I can deal for now. Probably not when it gets steaming blazing dry desert summer heat hot though lol.
I like walking, stretching and certain yoga poses but I seem to not be motivated for doing say aerobics or other activity. I suppose I need a swift kick in the butt. I was thinking in the morning I can do Tae Bo, aerobics, yoga or something along those lines and do my walks in the evening. Just as I had to push myself to walk now I have to push myself to get in another form of exercise. I can do more, plus, I need to break out my weights and bands and get to getting so I have tone in my arms and other areas. I could walk in the morning as well before I get tired and avoid that. Maybe do it every other morning or 4 times a week for say 30 minutes. The other days get in strength training with weights and bands.
yeah, I don't want to scare the mom again lol. I didn't mean to but hey alertness, strength and being careful count for a lot in life. Plus I'll make sure I'm up by 430pm so I can eat by 530 so I can start walking by 7 so I'm in by 830pm so there isn't any drama over that issue.
