Week 2 Day 1

Week 2 Day 1 of C25K. Had a rough day at work, came home and ran out my frustrations on the treadmill. It was a hard workout, I raced the clock the whole time and ended up even running during my cooldown period, which probably wasn't the smartest thing but I wanted to get 2 miles in and I was a little behind. Ran a little too hard though maybe, need to remember to pace myself since I'm really out of shape. Still, it felt good to push it for a bit, reminded me of running track races in high school when you round that last corner and just go all out til you cross the finish line. Good feeling. Working towards that goal of 3 miles in 30 mins. It's good to have goals. I can do this!! emoticon
